Little activities can boost your self-confidence effectively

It does not matter how smart you think you are, if you don’t have confidence in yourself you are not going too far, one thing that held me back was low self-confidence. For years I was struggling with law self-esteem because I saw the things around me in a negative way.

I changed my point of view and everything changed around including the things I hated.

The secret for all the changes is because I did some very little things and the big things started to change and I will show you how can you do it, it’s all small things you can apply to your life immediately.

So, why we should be confident?

If you don’t have self-confidence you can express your feeling to the people that matter to you.

If you we are not confident, we will fail with our relationships with others, OR with our boyfriends and girlfriends

If we are not confident we cannot find our loved job, that’s not good when a great talent hide within us.

If we are not confident we cannot use the law of attraction effectively, because we are not confident so it means we not ready to accept what comes.

There are many other things I can list here on and on, but I think you got the idea. Now it’s time to change our self-confidence and boost it with some easy steps.

Do those little things to the best of your ability.


Breathe: yes that’s right breathe deeply, stop doing anything and stretch. Breathe through your nose and exhale through mouth. Your body will thank you for it.

Smile: isn’t nice that what a smile can do to boost your confidence? It’s works for every one of us when we have a hard time, it makes to be kinder and positive. It’s a good investment which you put into action no money required to smile, so smile a lot.

Be positive: it’s little bit hard if you have not developed a true mindset of being positive in any situation, if you put action your positive attitude you’ll soon develop that habit.

Gratitude: take time to thank God for things you have in your life now, think about your health, job, relationships, friends, parents, or anything that you are thankful for. You can be grateful even for the things you don’t have yet, by creating in your mind. This process helped me so much when I decided to leave the negativity for good.

Move: get sweaty a lot, we are humans not designed to sit in front of a computer or sitting in a car through the whole day, we need to move a lot, pump your blood and get sweaty.

Know your weaknesses: it’s consumed my four years in college when I decided to know myself fully, well I still learn some weaknesses but I gathered most of them in college, I want you to write your weaknesses and get to know yourself. In order to defeat negative thoughts in your mind, you have to know yourself better. Once you captured the things that holding back, improve it. Take action because most of the limitations and weakness points we made by ourselves of courses artificially.

Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy

Change yourself image: Most of the time we make a fake self-image of ourselves which is not us at all, but because we don’t have enough confidence to get things we want or to be with girl or boy we want to be with, we complain about our self-image and most of the time the image is fake and not real. Now we have to change this self-image

A- Dress nicely: it’s like magic when we dress nicely our self-confidence goes up and we are ready to do anything in the world. Dress nicely does not mean go to malls and find expensive clothes to wear, just dress the way you want to be little different than normal days.

B- Shower and shave: I’m sure that you are doing it, when we feel clean our self-confidence move up. Shower and shave every day.

Read non-fiction books: reading a book can give a huge change opportunity in general, because the writers do their best to put good advice and experience in your hands. However not all the books do the same, I’m not a fan of fiction books, because most of them talk about fantasies that we don’t encounter in our daily lives. I recommend read personal growth books, there are many authors out there such as: Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Jack Canfield, Tim Ferriss, Joe Vitale, John Assaraf… etc. their books and audio books can change your life for the better, that’s read the suggested authors instead of mysterious stories that end up with nothing.

Wake up early: I have not been successful till I decided to be an early riser, then everything changed, my confidence grow.

In my point of view, success and waking up early is interacting with each other, if you want to gain more success at your field then you should wake up early. This item applies for people who don’t work at nights.

Grow with knowledge: read books, Listen to audio programs, watch videos on personal development, dig deep till you find your true self. The more you know about yourself the more confident you’ll become, of course more confident means more happiness.


Achieve goals: Well start with small goals at first, then upgrade to greater projects or goals, when you accomplish any goal, unconsciously you’ll feel good and gain more confidence.

When I started my blog, writing was my biggest hurdle, but I started by writing small posts and then I upgraded to much longer ones. Of course it felt amazing deep down.

Affirmations: Using affirmations can give a very positive feeling, even if you don’t feel good. Well affirmations are two of three effective sentences you can pick up and repeat daily for some time, but you have to pick only two OR three affirmations remember them during the day and when you encounter a problem. You can use affirmations for your confidence and for anything else.


Now it’s time that you decide to be a full self-confidence person, it’s ok if you fail time to time , but the decision what makes us stand out from the crowd.

Be confident, admit your mistakes and learn from them every time, don’t govern your tasks based on other peoples’ opinions, do what you believe in even the people around criticize you.

Confidence has nothing to do with what you look like. If you obsess over that, you’ll end up being disappointed in yourself all the time. Instead, high self-esteem comes from how you feel in any moment. So walk into a room acting like you’re in charge, and spend your energy on making the people around you happy
